Hello February!

February is an exciting month.

The year is well underway. It's the month of Mardi Gras, Valentine's Day, Charles Dickens Day, Groundhog Day, and Black History Month.

Many famous people were born in February, Thomas Edison, Abraham Lincoln, Susan B. Anthony, and George Washington.

We even have an extra day this year to help us get everything done we need to get done, February 29th.We'll definitely need that extra day this year at Urban Chef, because as mentioned last month, we have lots of things happening.

This month we're announcing our new monthly dining menus, our first 2008 vendor show with some of our new products, and our first 2008 cooking class at the Tinley Park Park District.

We're excited about the month and hope you are too!
