| Fall Entertaining
Just because its after labor day, doesn't mean the grill needs to go away. Just change your menu slightly. Now starting cooking roasts, hearty seasonal vegetables, and skewering apples and pears on your grill.
The days may be getting shorter, but now you can light your patio or deck or even the inside of your home with candles or twinkling lights.
Simmer cloves, allspice, and cinnamon to add wonderful aromas to the air.
Decorate with something other then flowers. Try using apples or pears placed in shallow bowls or vases for seasonal color.
Make fun cocktails - hot toddies, spice hot chocolate, add spices and great a wonderful mug of warm wine.
Instead of having a sit-down dinner party, do a party that is just heavy appetizers.
